A health and wellness professional with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Access Consciousness, Sound Vibrational Healings, and Cacao Ceremonies. Not only do I work one-on-one with clients throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, I also brought my expertise around the world, to Japan, Dubai, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and have worked with fortune 500 companies, the U.S. military, and retreat centers throughout the states. I have helped hundreds of clients strive for their best life possible by integrating a truly holistic experience.
